Investment and What to Expect
Intake assessments are 90 minutes long, while ongoing sessions last between 50 to 60 minutes. Therapy is a personalized process, with scheduling tailored to each client's treatment plan and needs. The duration of treatment varies; brief counseling often lasts 3-6 months. However, for more complex issues, treatment may extend beyond 6 months, evolving into long-term therapy.
Engaging in therapy is a valuable investment of time and resources. We ask that if you choose to schedule, it is because you are open to commit to this process and the mental health treatment of you and your child.Â
INSURANCE RIEMBURSMENT.
- Not In-Network: We are not in network with Medicaid or Tricare at this time.
- Questions to Ask Your Insurance Carrier:
- What are my network mental health benefits?
- Does my insurance plan include out-of-network health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it?
Payment Options:
- Sliding Scale Rate: For those who opt not to use insurance to pay for therapy, please inquire about our sliding scale rate. We strive to make therapy affordable by considering factors such as income (for those who qualify).
 OUT OF NETWORKÂ
We can provide you with a claim form that can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement, often know as a Superbill. This document contains all of the necessary information needed by your insurance to determine eligibility
 for reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
Finally, when you make an appointment, we reserve that time slot exclusively for you. As is common practice, we require a minimum of 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your scheduled session. This practice allows our practice to offer the available time slot to wait list individuals in need of an appointment.
