Thank you for visiting my website. I am delighted to introduce Educational Enrichment Strategies, a dedicated private practice agency which focuses on education, enrichment, and strategic collaboration with our community to enhance the lives of children, adolescents, families, individuals, and couples. You may have arrived here feeling overwhelmed and in search of support. perhaps you are confronting a family crisis, grappling with a traumatic event, or simply aiming to step out of your comfort zone. Regardless of your reasons for visiting, please know that you are warmly welcome.
As a clinical social worker with over twenty-five years of experience in child welfare, I bring my own set of flaws, challenges, and victories into this space. I have experienced several significant life disruptions that have redefined my existence and has led me to take some risks, I would have never previously contemplated. Through my emotional turmoil, hope has emerged; and has been crucial to my survival. I have counseled many individuals in desperate circumstances, and I have seen some transform their lives by moving into the space of hope, the face of formidable obstacles and surfacing with a newfound sense of purpose. A sagacious spiritual leader once imparted to me that hope "is the goal setter". Taking risks involves the possibility of failures and disappointments, which are inherently during periods of change. Through my own personal transformation, I have learned that hope is a powerful instrument for sustaining life transitions, irrespective of the situation.
As I begin this new endeavor, I am invigorated and extend an invitation for you to join me. My mission is steadfast: to deliver the highest standard of service with unwavering professional integrity and accountability. I am committed to providing accessible care in an environment that is open to all, filled with hope and optimism as we strategize for the future.
Respectfully,
Brenda Washington. LCSW.RPT
